These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getdealervelocity.com and related pages (the "Site") operated by Dealer Velocity ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Prairie Village, Kansas, United States.

What we offer

The Site provides information about Dealer Velocity and a way to request marketing lead-generation services and related strategy discussions. Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a paid service agreement unless we enter into a separate written agreement with you.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the Site
• Use the Site to send spam or unauthorized solicitations

No paid services through these Terms

These Terms do not cover paid retainers, refunds, cancellations, or billing. Any paid engagement with Dealer Velocity will be governed by a separate agreement between you and us.
